REQUIREMENTS
HEADS UP! YOU WILL BE VETTED PRIOR TO BEING HIRED. IF YOU DO NOT MEET EVERY ONE OF THESE REQUIREMENTS, DO NOT APPLY! THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS.
MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE
MUST HAVE HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA, GED, OR EQUIVALENT
MUST PASS A CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK
NO FELONY CONVICTIONS
MUST BE LICENSED AND BONDED BY PILB
CLEAN DRIVING HISTORY
NO DUI OR OTHER SERIOUS OFFENSES
MUST HAVE OPTIMAL VISION & HEARING TO PERFORM YOUR JOB SUCCESSFULLY
MUST BE CAPABLE OF SITTING/ STANDING/ WALKING FOR 8-12 HOURS AT A TIME
MUST BE CAPABLE OF LIFTING UP TO 50LBS.
ABLE TO BE ASSERTIVE OR COMMANDING IF NECESSARY
ABLE TO HANDLE YOURSELF IN STRESSFUL SITUATIONS
CAPABLE OF TOLERATING PEOPLE FROM ALL BACKGROUNDS & LIFESTYLES
MUST BE CAPABLE OF ABIDING BY THE DRESS CODE AS LISTED BELOW
WHAT TO EXPECT IF YOU ARE HIRED?
We support you every step of the way. We are here to do a job, but you will be provided with guidance and training so you can perform your job confidently and adequately.
You will be given field training to test your aptitude in stressful situations. We want you to feel secure in the field! We will also make sure you are prepared for your roles in this job; you won't be put in a role that you aren't capable of handling. For instance, we will only put licensed agents with an armed guard card in positions where firearm protection is necessary.

You will need to wear your own black pants, (comfortable) black shoes and your own belt. You will be given a shirt with the company emblem to wear while on duty. Any accessories, jackets or apparel worn during your shift must not restrict your range of motion, or prevent you from doing your job in any way.
Since our clientele ranges a diverse group of professional businesses and organizations across Nevada, we do expect our agents to present themselves professionally. Body modifications such as tattoos or piercings, are allowed up to an extent. Hair coloring or any other physical modification is allowed up to an extent.
